We understood that to do serious work, we cannot take ourselves too seriously.
Because seriousness is a canon of conduct for our work, we cannot do without it as we make and bottle wine.
But our soils are quite different from one another, which means we can play seriously with our wines!
Welcome to the World of l'armangia
Identity, experimentation, responsibility
These are our keywords: in the world of l'armangia you have to be willing to play and experiment. It has been like this for us since the beginning, since we first started out, in 1988, until today!
Ignazio e Giuliana
We are the first not to take ourselves too seriously: Ignazio is the owner and has been a winemaker since the 1980s; he is the winemaker who, in the vineyards, behaves a bit like a gamer.
Giuliana is a sommelier, and manages the company with Ignazio, keeps the books and organizes the tastings, and reminds Ignazio that every now and then he has to go back to being genuinely serious, but not pedantic.
Together we balance each other out and carry on an important challenge: ensuring the comeback of wine in Canelli’s revolutionary wager.
We offer a wide range of wines, and each of them embodies the essence of a vineyard, of a territory, of an idea, precisely because our lands are varied and can express their individual characteristics in multifaceted ways!
