Pale straw colour with greenish hues that turn on more intense golden shades over time, a fine bead with moderate sized bubbles.
A bouquet encompassing red and golden apple, white peach, strawberry, and white flowers.
Fresh and fruity palate, suggests drinking as aperitif or in pairing with appetizers, first dishes, fish and shellfish.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
Total alcohol: 12,5-13 % vol.
Obtained from a blend of Barbera, Cortese, Chardonnay and other varieties, coming from our vineyards, with soft pressurage of entire grapes.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats at 17° C.
The “tirage” is made in between winter and springtime and re-fermetation runs in pressure tank at 16/17°C.
The “elevage sur lies” goes on 4 to 7 months, following the vintage, extracting proteins and aromas from the lies, obtaining more complexity and roundness without loosing freshness.
The residual sugar content varies from 2 to 5 g/litre.
