Ready for consumption in 1/2 months, it benefits from 3/4 months of bottle refinement.
Rosé colour with purple tinges, changing to grenadine after a few years in the bottle.
Intense stone fruit (mostly cherries), strawberries, violets, occasionally almonds.
Palate tasty and harmonic. Enjoyable acidity, softening with ageing. Despite its complexity, this wines is easy to drink and best drunk quite young. It is well paired with hors d’oeuvres, tasty fish, white meat, vegetables, pasta, risotto or pizza.

Obtained from a 18/24 hours skin maceration at 18°C of Barbera grapes and other varieties coming from our estate vineyards.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats only, at a temperature of 17° C, with or without a partial malo-lactic fermentation. The wine is left on the lees at low temperatures for some weeks, in order to gain a durability of 2-3 years. The last part of alcoholic fermentation takes place in pressure thank, obtaining the traditional low sparkling charactere. Bottled during winter season.
